Stayed right here Halloween weekend for the When We Were Young Festival. Paid for a king bed with a High Roller view. Initial impression was the room was very good dirryroulette however the TV didn’t work. We were suggested to check in w the front desk in the AM, which we did. They requested if it was ok to enter the room while we have been gone for the day, sightseeing.
However, I did call concerning the lack of scorching water and somehow they made some adjustment and got the water hotter within a few hours. I did not complain concerning the different issues in the room. This enterprise uses instruments provided by Tripadvisor to encourage and acquire visitor reviews, together with this one. We are planning a big group journey (12-14) in March. I am coordinating it and was recommending to the others we stay at the Flamingo due to its location and my good experiences there prior to now. Instead, we are going to keep elsewhere (Harrah’s, New York, etc) comparable in worth but much cleaner and not in such a state of dis-repair. Next time we are going to stay at a sister-property like Harrah’s or the Linq. Something comparable in value however looking much better. Until some adjustments happen, I won’t suggest this place to anyone. I did discover that some of the buttons int he hallways for the elevators didn’t work.
So we referred to as all the way down to the entrance desk to allow them to know, to no avail bc they did not present or contact us back either. The “grievance name” got via to somebody, the next day about 24 hours later and offered us a $50 meals credit to any of their Caesar’s owned restaurants. WHAT A JOKE. Of course upon checkout, there wasn’t an actual individual to meet with and we couldn’t chance lacking our flights over one other disappointing customer support experience, so we had been forced to used the self kiosk to check out.
